Setup Instructions:

1. Create an Airtable account if you don't have one
2. Create a new base called "Contact Form"
3. Create a table called "Contact Form" with fields: Name (Single line text), Email (Single line text), Message (Long text), and Date (Date/Time)
4. Find your Base ID by clicking on the Help button in the top right and selecting "API Documentation"
5. Update the AIRTABLE_BASE_ID in your worker configuration with your Base ID
6. Deploy your worker again with the updated configuration
