Yes. The free plan gives you 10 minutes every month so you can check the accuracy on your own audio before upgrading. Paid plans are billed in advance and all sales are final, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next charge. If you run into a genuine technical issue, email us and we'll sort it out.
The Pro and Business plans have no cap, so the question does not apply. The Free plan resets to 10 minutes at the start of each calendar month and unused minutes do not roll over.
Yearly is the same plan billed once per year at a 33% discount. Pro is $14.99 per month month-to-month or $9.99 per month equivalent when billed annually. You can cancel anytime; if you cancel mid-year you keep access until the end of the billed period.
Both include unlimited transcription and every AI feature. Business adds API access, webhook integrations, and dedicated support, and is built for developers, agencies, and teams. Choose Pro for personal and professional use; choose Business when you are building on the API or running team workflows.

Go to your dashboard, open Settings, then Billing, and click Cancel subscription. You keep full access until the end of the billing period and can resubscribe anytime.
