Yes. The free plan gives you 10 transcription minutes on us so you can check the accuracy on your own audio before upgrading, and anyone can transcribe the first 10 minutes of a file with no account at all. Paid plans are billed in advance and all sales are final, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next charge. If you run into a genuine technical issue, email us and we'll sort it out.
The Pro and Business plans have no cap, so the question does not apply there. The free 10 minutes are a one-time allowance: they do not refresh each month, so there is nothing to roll over. Once they are gone you can add a credit pack (those minutes never expire) or move to a paid plan.
Yearly is the same plan billed once per year, at about 17% off — roughly two months free. Pro is $9.99 per month month-to-month, or $99.99 per year. You can cancel anytime; if you cancel mid-year you keep access until the end of the billed period.
Both include unlimited transcription and every AI feature. Business adds API access, webhook integrations, and dedicated support, and is built for developers, agencies, and teams. Choose Pro for personal and professional use; choose Business when you are building on the API or running team workflows.

Go to your dashboard, open Settings, then Billing, and click Cancel subscription. You keep full access until the end of the billing period and can resubscribe anytime.
