Automatic Audio Deletion
Your source audio stays available for a while so you can replay and re-export it. On the free plan it is deleted automatically, usually after 7 days. On paid plans you choose how long it is kept in Settings: from 7 days to a year, or no time limit. Transcripts are not deleted automatically.

Yes. The free plan runs your first file on the premium engine, up to an hour, so you can check the accuracy on your own audio before upgrading, then transcribes up to 30 files a day, each up to 30 minutes. Anyone can also transcribe the first 30 minutes of up to 3 files a day with no account at all. Paid plans are billed in advance and all sales are final, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next charge. If you run into a genuine technical issue, email us and we'll sort it out.
No. Free accounts never expire. The first file on the premium engine, up to an hour, is given once. After it you can keep transcribing up to 30 files a day, each up to 30 minutes, for free, and the Weekly Pass or Pro lifts the length limit and re-runs your files on the premium engine.
Yearly is the same plan billed once per year, at about 44% off, roughly five months free. Pro is $14.99 per month month-to-month, or $99.99 per year. You can cancel anytime; if you cancel mid-year you keep access until the end of the billed period.
Both include unlimited transcription and every AI feature. Business adds API access, webhook integrations, and dedicated support, and is built for developers, agencies, and teams. Choose Pro for personal and professional use; choose Business when you are building on the API or running team workflows.

Go to your dashboard, open Settings, then Billing, and click Cancel subscription. You keep full access until the end of the billing period and can resubscribe anytime.
Yes, as a TXT file. A free account can read, edit and copy every transcript and download it as TXT. DOCX, PDF, SRT, VTT and JSON need the Weekly Pass, a minutes top-up or a paid plan, except on your first file, which gets every format. Without an account you can read the transcript, and a free account lets you copy and download it.
