ConvertAudioToText ("the Service") is operated by ReachUp LTD. By using ConvertAudioToText, you are entering into an agreement with ReachUp LTD.
By accessing and using ConvertAudioToText, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
ConvertAudioToText is a fully automated, AI-powered transcription service. No human operators are involved in the transcription process. You upload audio or video files, and our AI technology automatically converts them to text with speaker detection, summaries, and multiple export formats. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying usage limits.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and transcribe any content. You must not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights or contains illegal material.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment partner, Dodo Payments. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
All sales are final. Paid subscriptions and credit-pack purchases are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We offer a free plan with 10 minutes every month so you can evaluate the service on your own files before you pay, and you can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings to stop all future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
At our sole discretion, we may issue a refund in cases of a genuine technical failure that prevented delivery, a duplicate charge, or an accidental purchase. To request consideration, email support@convertaudiototext.com from the account's registered address within 14 days of the charge. Dodo Payments (our Merchant of Record) is the seller of record and processes any approved refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days. Where local consumer law grants you a refund right that cannot be waived, that right is unaffected by this policy.
ConvertAudioToText is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ReachUp LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms will first be resolved in good faith between you and ReachUp LTD.
