Automatic Audio Deletion
Your source audio stays available for a while so you can replay and re-export it. On the free plan it is deleted automatically, usually after 7 days. On paid plans you choose how long it is kept in Settings: from 7 days to a year, or no time limit. Transcripts are not deleted automatically.

Yes. The free plan runs on our premium engine with speaker labels for up to 2 hours a month, so you can check the accuracy on your own audio before upgrading. A free account transcribes up to 30 files a day, each up to 30 minutes, and your first file can run up to an hour with an AI summary. Anyone can also transcribe the first 30 minutes of up to 3 files a day with no account at all. A free account gets up to 2 hours a month at best accuracy, its first file included; after that, its files run at standard accuracy, without speaker labels, until the next month. If we ever hit our monthly capacity, free files may briefly run on our standard engine. Paid plans are billed in advance and all sales are final, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next charge. If you run into a genuine technical issue, email us and we'll sort it out.
No. Free accounts never expire, and they get our premium engine on up to 2 hours a month. Your first file can run up to an hour, once. After it you can keep transcribing up to 30 files a day, each up to 30 minutes, for free, and the Weekly Pass or Pro lifts the length limit and adds the AI summary and every export format.
Yearly is the same plan billed once per year, at about 44% off, roughly five months free. Pro is $14.99 per month month-to-month, or $99.99 per year. You can cancel anytime; if you cancel mid-year you keep access until the end of the billed period.
Pro and Team both include unlimited transcription and every AI feature. Pro is for one person. Team is priced per seat, from 3 to 50 seats, and every member gets everything in Pro in one team workspace, with owner, admin and member roles, email invites, one bill for the whole team and team usage analytics. Business is for larger companies that need more than 50 seats, invoicing, API access or webhooks, and is priced for your volume.

Go to your dashboard, open Settings, then Billing, and click Cancel subscription. You keep full access until the end of the billing period and can resubscribe anytime.

DOCX, PDF, SRT, VTT and JSON need the Weekly Pass, a minutes top-up or a paid plan, except on your first file, which gets every format. Without an account you can read the transcript, and a free account lets you copy and download it.
